Orders
During order submission you shall be required to provide us with your personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details provided are accurate and we will take no liability for failure to deliver goods due to incorrect details being provided.
Orders & Payments
- Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if payment is not received or if requirements cannot be met.
- We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards and via Stripe and/or PayPal.
- By clicking on the 'complete order’ button on the Order Form, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Online site.
- Submitting your Order Form is subject to our acceptance of this offer and we will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you unless we have issued you a confirmation of order delivery by email. This is not the email sent on submission of an order.
Bespoke & Floral Designs
- All floral work is bespoke and seasonal.
- While every effort is made to match requested colours and styles, flower varieties may vary depending on availability.
- Any substitutions will be made with care to maintain the overall look, quality and value of the design.
Delivery & Collection
- Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct delivery details are provided.
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability may incur an additional charge.
- Collection orders must be collected at the agreed time.
Same-Day & Short-Notice Orders
- Same-day or short-notice orders are subject to availability and may be limited.
- Acceptance of such orders is at the discretion of The Curated Petal.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers:
- Fresh flower orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation has begun.
- Workshops, Bloom Bars and event bookings:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may be eligible for rescheduling (subject to availability).
- Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
- Funeral tributes cannot be cancelled once flowers have been ordered or work has commenced.
Refunds are not offered for change of mind.
Funeral Flowers
- We recommend placing orders as early as possible to allow for sourcing and preparation.
- Any special requests should be communicated clearly at the time of ordering.
- Once flowers have been ordered or preparation has begun, cancellations are not possible due to the perishable nature of materials. If you are unsure what to choose, we are always happy to guide you with compassion and honesty.
Funeral Flowers – Our Promise.
At The Curated Petal, we understand that funeral flowers are deeply personal and often ordered during a very difficult time. Every tribute is created with:
- Sensitivity, care and respect.
- Fresh, seasonal flowers and natural foliage.
- Attention to detail and gentle, thoughtful design We work closely with families and funeral directors to ensure each piece feels meaningful and appropriate.
Workshops, Bloom Bars and Events
Minimum and maximum guest numbers may apply and will be confirmed at booking.
Bookings & Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all event and workshop bookings.
- Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.
Cancellations
- Cancellations 14+ days before the event may be rescheduled (subject to availability).
- Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
- Cancellations within 7 days will be charged in full.
Changes
- Date changes are subject to availability.
- Guest number reductions after confirmation cannot be refunded.
On the Day
- We are not responsible for venue delays, guest behaviour or circumstances outside our control.
- Children must be supervised unless otherwise agreed.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted at some events but remains the responsibility of the host and guests.
Sustainability & Seasonal Flowers
We work with seasonal flowers wherever possible and may substitute blooms to ensure quality, freshness and sustainability while preserving the intended design and sentiment.
Home Fragrance Products
All home fragrance products should be used as directed.
Keep wax melts, candles and diffusers away from children and pets.
The Curated Petal accepts no responsibility for the misuse of products.
Allergies and Sensitivities
Flowers and fragrance may cause allergic reactions.
It is the customers responsibility to inform us of any known sensitivities prior to ordering.
Photography and Marketing
Photographs of our work may be used for marketing, social media and website content unless otherwise requested in writing.
Client names or identifying details will never be shared without consent.
Privacy Policy
The Curated Petal is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and store your information in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
We may collect the following information:
• Name, email address, phone number
• Billing and delivery addresses
• Order details and enquiry information

• Process orders and bookings
• Communicate about enquiries, deliveries or events

Liability
The Curated Petal's liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.
We are not liable for indirect loss, damage or disappointment arising from factors outside of our control.
Force Majeure
The Curated Petal will not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, supplier shortages or illness.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Delivery
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses so please provide a full postcode and any instructions that will help the driver. Please provide an email and/or daytime phone number for yourselves and a telephone number for the recipient. Same-day orders must be ordered before 11o'clock otherwise delivery will be the next following working day.
If the recipient is out when we deliver, we will leave the gift with a neighbour if they are happy to take responsibility for it. If this cannot be done we may leave in a secure, dry place such as a porch, shed or garage. (please advise when ordering if there are any safe places where the item can be left should nobody be home).
If the gift cannot be left it will be returned to the shop for collection or re delivery. A card will always be left through the door to advise the recipient of where the flowers have been left. If the recipient is physically unable to collect their flowers/plant a new delivery date will be arranged with the recipient at the earliest convenience
Cancellation
Due to the speed in which our orders are processed, we can only accept cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the requested delivery date. Please contact us by calling the shop (see our contact details page)
Refunds
Because of the perishable nature of Products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.
• If you have a complaint relating to the quality of the product received, we will require a digital image to be sent to our email to assist with investigation of your complaint and to ensure a speedy resolution.
• We will consider refunds on a case by case basis, although refunds will not be given as a matter of course. An investigation into the complaint will be conducted and you will be notified in writing or via telephone of the outcome.
• Refunds will not be given for fresh goods that perish outside of 5 days following delivery - although the majority of our flowers will have a much longer shelf life than this; the lifespan of each piece will vary depending on the variety of flowers used. It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that correct care is offered to each piece to ensure longevity. Please follow the instructions on the care card provided with the flower gift.

In the event that you are not satisfied with the Online Service any complaints should be addressed to our contact details listed on the website.
Disclaimer
Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that this Online Site and/or the Online Service is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Online Site and/or the Online Service and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Online Site and/or the Online Service impossible or impractical.
